Wyndham City Youth Services operates the Holiday Action teenage holiday program for two weeks each school holidays. Young people must be aged between 12-15 years (Grade 6’s are welcome from the September Holidays onwards).
Young people can participate in leisure and recreation activities in an environment which is safe, supportive and lots of fun. This is a great opportunity for young people to try an activity that they might not have done before. Emphasis is placed on fun and having a go.
Activities and excursions vary each program, but offer a variety of excursions and YRC based activities. Some of the awesome excursions in the past include Eureka Skydeck, Rock Climbing, Ice Skating, Fun City, Royal Melbourne Show, Funfields Toboggan Park, Galactic Circus, Sovereign Hill, Movies, Luna Park, Bowling and Adventure Park. YRC Days have included: Grand Final Fever, School of Rock, Cooking, Dance Parties and Extreme Playstation days.
A Holiday Action “What’s On” Guide and Enrolment forms are available at the YRC approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the start of the school holidays or download forms from HERE.
Bookings can be made two weeks prior to the school holidays. Enrolments are essential and places are limited.
