    Crisis Help Network Melbourne is dedicated to providing up-to-date information for people in crisis or who are homeless. Listings include
    accommodation, material aid, rehabilitation, Counseling and detoxification information. This is a directory website, where you will find lists of agencies designed to help in many circumstances.
    Crisis Help Network is compiled and written by people who have been in crisis and can provide insights not freely available otherwise.

    Hanover Welfare Services
    Hanover is a leading agency that provides a wide range of services to people experiencing homelessness or housing crisis. 
    Hanover believes that homelessness is not merely lack of shelter, but is also the loss of the normal supports of home: personal security, familiarity and an environment in which self-confidence and personal skills can develop.
    Hanover helps people overcome their housing crisis so that they can live independently in the community. Hanover’s services are based in inner and suburban Melbourne.

    Jesuit Social Services
    Has developed a range of diverse community social service programs that provide assistance to vulnerable children and families and to young people who are at risk of homelessness and suicide. Parenting Australia and Sole mates (for single parents) are two of the service programs offered.

    Lighthouse Foundation
    Lighthouse Foundation provides long term accommodation and intensive support for young people who may otherwise be homeless.  The young people live within a family environment for as long as it takes, supporting all dimensions of their lives with a lifetime membership to the extended Lighthouse Family.

    Women's Domestic Violence Crisis Service
    If you are experiencing family violence you can contact the Women's Domestic Violence Crisis Service.  The Women's Domestic Violence Crisis Service provides crisis telephone counselling, information and support, 24 hours a day. They are the central point for access to women's refuge accommodation in Victoria, and can arrange referral to support and accommodation services across the State for women and their children who are experiencing family and domestic violence.
