Western Local Community Partnership (Western LCP) provides careers and transitions support to young people in Melbourne’s Western Region.
It partners with industry, schools, community organisations, parents, young people, and youth service providers, to assist young people aged 13-19 years to gain the skills, experience and professional guidance to help them achieve a successful transition through school, and from school to further education, training and employment.
Western LCP works with school and industry to facilitate work placement options for students studying vocational pathways, such as VCAL, VET or Year 10 Vocational Programs. Western LCP facilitates careers and transitions resources, forums, expos and professional guidance for schools and industry.
Western LCP supports schools and industry engagement to develop careers & transitions projects.
