    Isis Primary Care Family Services Program
    Family Services is a service offered by ISIS Primary Care and auspiced by the Department of Human Services. The aim of the service is to provide in-home support for families who have children aged 0-18 years and live in Brimbank, Hobsons Bay and Wyndham. The family workers can provide families with information, advice, advocacy, and referrals to other services, case management, practical assistance and group work.
    Families, community agencies and child protection can make contact with the service on the Intake Number: 9449 6911. The service is committed to working with families from culturally diverse backgrounds.
