Mediation is a process used to help people talk about issues that are causing stress and arguments within the family home. These issues may be things like privacy and trust, curfews, household chores, school work or friends. Mediation is when a family meet with a mediator to talk openly about issues without yelling or arguing with each other.

Gay & Lesbian Switchboard
Gay and Lesbian Switchboard (Victoria) Incorporated is a volunteer organisation which provides a telephone counselling, referral and information service. Switchboard's service is free, anonymous, and confidential. Our phones are staffed by trained volunteer counsellors who are themselves gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender.

SES Victoria
State Emergency Services - Call 132 500 from anywhere in Victoria for emergency SES assistance in a flood or storm. It is the same cost as a local call in Victoria (mobiles may be higher).
SES volunteers are on call 24 hours a day to provide emergency assistance if you or your property is affected by a flood or storm.
When you call 132 500 you will be connected to your local SES Unit or an emergency communications centre, where a trained call taker will note the details and dispatch the local SES Unit to the incident.
