    Anxiety......  Did you know?...
Around 1 in 10 young Australians aged between 18-25 will experience an anxiety disorder in any given 12 month period, whilst for young people between the ages of 13-17, the figure is around 1 in 25.
A person's ability to achieve their full potential can be seriously reduced if he/she does not receive treatment for an anxiety disorder.

    Mediation Service

Mediation is a process used to help people talk about issues that are causing stress and arguments within the family home. These issues may be things like privacy and trust, curfews, household chores, school work or friends. Mediation is when a family meet with a mediator to talk openly about issues without yelling or arguing with each other.

    Somazone
Somazone focuses on health issues and aims to empower young people to address their physical, emotional and social health needs in a way that is relevant, non-judgmental and anonymous.

Young people can anonymously find answers to their questions, some of which may be too embarrassing to talk to teachers, parents or friends about. Health-related questions are anonymously submitted to the website by young people. These questions are forwarded to relevant health professionals who have volunteered their time to answer questions. Within a week, the questions and answers are reviewed and published on the website. This process has created a database of more than 2,000 questions and answers on the website that other young people can refer to.
